Ray Theo was born on March 25th, 1894 in Lewis, Cass, Iowa, USA.1   Ray Theo's father was Milton Albert Baker and his mother is Charlotte Lewis.  His paternal grandparents are Simon Lewis Baker and LOuisa Wallace.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 78 on November 16th, 1972 in Council Bluffs, , Iowa, USA.
