Mary Rice 
Mary was born in 1550 in Trenewydd, Carmartenshire.1 Mary's father was William Ap Rhys. Her paternal grandparents were Griffith Rice and Katherine Howard. She had nine brothers and four sisters, named Edmond, John Ap, Lewis Ap, Robert Ap, Henry, Thomas, Thomas, Henry, Edmund, Thomas, Cassander Ap, Elizabeth Ap and Roya. She died at the age of 39 in 1589.1 -
