Amadeus IV de Savoi , Count of Savoy 
Amadeus IV was born in 1197 in Savoie, France. Amadeus IV's father was Thomas I de Maurienne , Count of Savoy and his mother was Beatrix Faucigny , of Geneva. His maternal grandfather was Guillaume I Cmte de Geneva. He had five brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Peter II, Philip, Boniface, Wilhelm and Countess Of Savoy. He died at the age of 56 on June 24th, 1253.General Notes
