Guy was born in 1278 in Elmley Castle, Elmley, Worcestershire, England. Guy's father was William Beauchamp Baron Elmley, Earl of Warwick and his mother was Lady Maud FitzGeoffery. His paternal grandparents were William Beauchamp Lord of Elmley and Isabel Mauduit; his maternal grandparents were John FitzGeoffrey Sir and Isabel Bigod. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert De, John De, Margaret De, Isabel, Sarah, Amy De and Maud De. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He had a half-sister named Christine. He died at the age of 37 on August 12th, 1315 in Warwick Castle, Warwick, England.General Notes
