Alice was born about 1120.  Alice's father was William, Earl of Arundel 1st d'Aubigny and her mother was Adeliza of Louvain, Queen of England.  Her paternal grandfather was William "Pincerna" de Albini and her paternal grandmother is Maud Bigod; her maternal grandparents were Godfrey I "The Bearded ", Duke of Lower Lorraine and Ida of Namur. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Earl of Arundel 2nd, Simon, Geoffrey, Henry, Ralph, Agatha and Olivia. She had a half-brother named Robert "The King's Son" De.  She died on September 11th, 1188.  She was buried in Foucarmont Abbey.

‌Alice and John, Count of Eu were married in a religious ceremony about 1140 in (Unknown),Austria-Hungary.  They had a son and a daughter, named Henry, Count of Eu, Lord Hasting and Ida.
