Girl was born about 1652 in Monmouth Co. New Jersey.¹ Girl's father was John Throckmorton and her mother was Rebecca Colvill. Her paternal grandparents were Bassingbourne Throckmorton and Mary Hill. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Freegift, Joseph, Job, Patience and Deliverance. She was the youngest of the six children.¹
