Stephen Schenck 
Stephen was born on January 22nd, 1686 in Flatlands, Kings Co, Ny and his baptism took place on October 2nd, 1681 in Flatbush,Kings,n.y.. Stephen's father was Jan Martense Schenck and his mother was Jannetje Stevense van Voorhees. His paternal grandparents are Marten Schenck van Nydeck and Maria de Brockhurst; his maternal grandparents were Steven Coerte van Voorhees and Willemtje Roelofs Seuberinge. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Martin, Johannes, Jannetje, Willemtje, Altje, Antje and Neeltje. He died at the age of 81 on November 6th, 1767.General Notes
