Alix Ida de was born in 1066 in of Louvaine,of Louvain. Alix Ida de's father was Henry II de Lorraine Count of Louvain & Lorraine and her mother was Adelaide von der Betuwe. Her paternal grandparents were "Baudry", Count Of Louvain Lambert III and Princess Of Lorraine Oda; her maternal grandfather was Count Of Beteau Eberhard. She had two brothers named of Lorraine Count and " Barbatus the Bearded" Duke of Lorraine, Count of Leuven and Brabant, Duke of Lower Lotharingen. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 73 in 1139.General Notes
