John Leake 
John was born about 1726 in Goochland, Gchlnd, Va. John's father was Walter Leake , Jr. and his mother was Judith Mask. His paternal grandparents were William Leake and Mary Bostick; his maternal grandfather was John Mask and his maternal grandmother is Martha Jane Christian. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William, Samuel (Rev), Josiah, Mask, Elisha, Christina "Kitty", Elizabeth, Mary, Judith and Mary Christian.
