Count of Warnius was born about 0645.1   Count of Warnius' father was Count of Poitiers Warinus and his mother was Countess Warinus Kunza, Countess Warinus.  His paternal grandparents are Unknown Bodilon and Unknown Sigrada. He had a brother named of Warnius,Bishop of Treves. He had two half-brothers named Lambert of and Count and Bishop of Treves.  He died after 0670.1
