Her paternal grandparents were Emperor of the West Louis I "The Pious", Emperor of The West and Judith of Bavaria. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Charles King of, Carloman, 'the Stammerer' King of France, Rothilde of, Rothildis d', Judith and Godehilde Princess of.
