John Gregory 
John was born in 1615 in Nottingham, England. John's father was Henry Gregory and his mother was Goody. His paternal grandparents were John Gregory and Alice Alton. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Judah, Perry, Elizaphatt, Elizabeth, Gregory, Elizabeth, Anne, Triphosa and Abigail. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 74 on October 9th, 1689 in Norwalk, Fairfield Co., Connecticut.General Notes
He served as a Deputy to the Connecticut Legislature in October 1659, October 1662, May 1663 and May 1665.
