Faithful Sharp Duncan 
Faithful Sharp was born on March 18th, 1777 in Abingdon,Washington County,Virginia.1 Faithful Sharp's father was John Duncan and her mother was Elinor Sharp. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Dunkin and Elizabeth Alexander; her maternal grandparents were John Sharp and Jane Hamilton. She had a brother and two sisters, named Joseph, Margaret and Ann. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 68 on November 20th, 1845 in Salisbury,Chariton County,Missouri.1 -
