Joseph Doan

Joseph was born on October 23rd, 1759 in Cane Creek, Chatham Co., Nc. Joseph's father was John Doan and his mother was Ruth Dixon. His paternal grandparents are Joseph Doan and Mary Carter; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Dixon and Hannah Hadley. He had a sister named Hannah. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 75 on May 28th, 1835.
