Beatrice was born about 1051 in Montdidier, Picardy, France.1   Beatrice's father was Hildwin IV Count of Montidier & Lord of Rouci and her mother was Alice Alix Countess de Roucy.  Her paternal grandfather was Hildwin III 3rd Count of Montreuil; her maternal grandparents were Ebles I Count de Roucy and Beatrix Of Hainault. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named Andre Lord, Hildwin V, Ebles II Count, Marguerite, Adelheid, Felicia Queen Of Aragon Montdidier, Beatrice Of, Felicie, Adela  De (Roucy), Adele de Roucy and Felicie. She had a half-brother named Manasses de Ramerupt Ct.  She died after 1129.
