William Booth

William was born about 1382 in Barton, Lancaster, England. William's father was Thomas Booth and his mother is Ellen Worsley. His paternal grandparents are John Booth , of Barrowford and Agnes de Barton; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Worsley and Cecily Bromhall. He has three brothers and five sisters, named John, Henry, Thomas, Alice, Katherine, Margaret, Margearet and Ann. He is the fifth oldest of the nine children.
