Cecilia was born in 1371 in Birling, Sussex, England. Cecilia's father was William Bardolf Baron Bardolf. Her paternal grandparents were John Bardolf Baron Wormegay and Elizabeth D' Amorie. She had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Robert and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 61 on September 29th, 1432. She was buried in , Ingham, Norfolk, England.-
