Maria was born in 1258 in Budapest, Hungary. Maria's father was Stephen V Arpad , King of Hungary and her mother was Erzsebet Khan , of Bosnia, Princess\Kumaniens. Her paternal grandfather was Bela IV Arpad , King of Hungary and her paternal grandmother is Maria Laskaras , of Nicea; her maternal grandfather was Kuthen Khan , Prince of the Kumanien and her maternal grandmother is Aepa II Osenevich. She had a brother named Ladislas IV. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 65 on March 25th, 1323.-
