Fred Winkler 
Fred was born on August 16th, 1870 in LOUISVILLE, KY.1 Fred's father was Adam J. Winkler and his mother was Margaret Oerther. His maternal grandmother was Margaretha Oerther. He had two brothers and four sisters, named George, William, Louise, Nannie, Maggie and Katherine. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 64 on September 3rd, 1934 in LOUISVILLE, KY.1 
Fred and Kate were married in a religious ceremony on April 20th, 1892 in LOUISVILLE, KY.1 They had two sons and two daughters, named Henry, Oscar A., Mamie L. and Lillie Mae.
