Wiley Frazier White

Wiley Frazier was born on May 12th, 1861.¹   Wiley Frazier's father was Alexander White and his mother is Nancy Caroline White. He had two brothers named Benjamin Franklin and John Donaldson.  He is the youngest of the three children. He has a half-brother and a half-sister, named George and Josephine.
