Robert Walker was born on April 7th, 1851 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 Robert Walker's father was Felix Grundy Warren and his mother was Elizabeth Frances Dearen. His paternal grandparents were Avery Warren and Margaret Compton. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Richard Thomas, John Avery, Joseph Dearen, Hugh Henry, Felix Grundy,Jr., Mary Jane and Martha. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
