Robert Adlie was born on April 15th, 1891 in Alligator Community, Bell Co., Texas.1 Robert Adlie's father was Felix Grundy,Jr. Warren and his mother was Elizabeth Jane McGlasson. His paternal grandparents were Felix Grundy Warren and Elizabeth Frances Dearen. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Arthur Algin, Elbert Pendleton, Ernest, Allen White, Perry Hylas, Ducan McLean, Theodosia Esther, Vertie May and Ada Gladys. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 80 on July 8th, 1971 in Temple, Bell Co., Texas. He was buried in Val Verde Church Cemetery, Val Verde, Bell Co., Texas, 8 Miles east of Holland on FM. 2268.1 1 General Notes
