Colonel was born on December 24th, 1861 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 Colonel's father was Jeremiah Ivy, Jr. Warren and his mother is Lybba Linville. His paternal grandfather was Jeremiah Warren and his paternal grandmother is Mary Martin; his maternal grandparents are Preston Linville and Mary Salsman. He had two sisters named Ann E. and Tyriss. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named James S., Julia A. and Eliza E.. He died at the age of 97 in 1958.1 General Notes
