Roy Lee was born on January 20th, 1901 in Romulus, Pottawatomie Co., Oklahoma.1 Roy Lee's father was John Washington Villines and his mother was Minnie Clementine Steffey. His maternal grandparents were James Flemin Steffey and Mahola Clemetine Burnett. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named James Lawrence, Hezekiah Taft, John Otto, Mary Pearline, Eula Bertha, Nanne Mae, Nora, Iva Lucille, Leona Helen, Mildred Ebra and Viola Elizabeth. He died at the age of 89 on July 26th, 1990 in Crane, Crane Co., Texas.1 General Notes
