Martha F. was born in 1851 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 Martha F.'s father was William C. Underwood and her mother is Mariah J. Druien. Her paternal grandparents were Hiram Underwood and Celia Buley. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Hiram, Thomas, Jesse, William J., George W., Sarah, Nancy, Celia, Mariah J. and Ursula. She was the third youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 36 on January 20th, 1887 in Marion Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
