Gladys Underwood 
Gladys was born on March 7th, 1914 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 Gladys' father was Alfred Thomas Underwood and her mother was Gertrude Bloyd. Her paternal grandparents were Green Berry Underwood and Martha Jane Howell; her maternal grandparents were Luther Franklin Bloyd and Emma Susan Warren. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Johnny Everett, Robert Bloyd, Grant Hardin, Russell Boone, Verna Esther, Estelle, Mauda, Aileen and Mattie Candance. She died at the age of 74 on November 20th, 1988 in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana.1 General Notes
