Furman E. Tutor 
Furman E. was born on April 20th, 1873.1 Furman E.'s father was Reuben S. Tutor and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Gower. His paternal grandparents were William Madison Tutor and Harriet Ligon; his maternal grandparents are Henry Gower and Edith Winny. He had a brother and three sisters, named Wayland A., Viola, Minnie and Maggie. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 38 on November 26th, 1911.1 General Notes
