Alton W. Tubbs

Alton W. was born in 1905.¹   Alton W.'s father was Thomas Berry Tubbs and his mother was Frances J. Stanfield.  His maternal grandfather is Marion Stanfield and his maternal grandmother was Elizabeth G. Slaughter. He has three brothers and five sisters, named Leroy, Clinton, Raymond, Emma, Rosalee, Linnie, Ruthaell and Bessie.  He is the fourth oldest of the nine children.
