Andrew Smalley 
Andrew was born on November 29th, 1744 in Leesburg, Loudoun Co. VA..1 Andrew's father was Isaac Smalley and his mother is Susannah Drake. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Smalley and Mary White. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Ezekiel, Joshua, David, Ezekial, Hannah and Catherine. He was the oldest of the eight children.
