Sarah Skaggs 
Sarah was born in North Carolina.1 Sarah's father was Richard Skaggs and her mother was Elizabeth Wells. Her paternal grandfather was James Skaggs and her paternal grandmother is Rachael Susannah Moredock. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin, Henry, Shadrack, Meshack, John, John, Abednego, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Rhoda and Lydia.General Notes

Charges were brought against Sarah for haveing a Base Born child. Th
ey we re dropped after she married Andrew Clement, March 11, 1794
Sarah and Andrew were married in a religious ceremony on June 14th, 1793 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 They had four sons and three daughters, named Mannon, Abraham, Alexander, William W., Mary, Sarah Ellen and Lydia.

Mannon was born on October 18th, 1794 in Kentucky.1 He died at the age of 72 on June 29th, 1867 in Texas.1
Lydia Clements
Lydia was born on January 9th, 1815 in Missouri.1 She died at the age of 56 on December 14th, 1871 in Severy, Greewood Co., Kansas.1
