Lucy Jane Skaggs

Lucy Jane was born on November 15th, 1877 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.¹ Lucy Jane's father was John C. Skaggs and her mother was Mary A. Oaks. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Wade Skaggs and Elizabeth Underwood. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Henry Elliott, Lee s., Rosie, Lila A., Malissa Green and Alsia. She is the oldest of the seven children.
