Genova Skaggs

Genova was born in 1926 in Kentucky.¹ Genova's father is Colsby Skaggs and her mother was Mattie Ethyl DeSpain. Her maternal grandparents were Marshall DeSpain and Alice G. Warren. She has a sister named Dorothy. She is the younger of the two children.
