Alton Skaggs 
Alton was born on May 12th, 1936 in Kentucky.1 Alton's father was Sam Skaggs and his mother was Annie Pearl Bell. His paternal grandparents were James F. Skaggs and Cordelia D. Pierce. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Floyd Lee, Bernie, Charles, Lillie, Living, Living and Judy. He died at the age of 43 on August 28th, 1979 in Kentucky. He was buried in Levelwoods Methodist Church Cemetery, LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
