Jack Lavern Shelley 
Jack Lavern was born on April 18th, 1937.1 Jack Lavern's father was James Austin Shelley and his mother was Johnnie Harley Mishoe. His paternal grandparents were Charles Pittman Shelley and Florence Graham. He had two brothers and five sisters, named James Cleveland, Elson, Molly, Betty, Florence, Janice and Lacy.
