Joe Allen Rushing 
Joe Allen was born on November 30th, 1916 in Clairmont, Kent Co., Texas.1 Joe Allen's father is Tony R. Rushing and his mother was Mary Alice Foster. His maternal grandfather is George H. Foster and his maternal grandmother was Mollie Graham. He had a brother and five sisters, named Brady Lee, Rose Nell, Ruby Faye, Eula Bell, Gladis Ines and Stella Irene. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 80 on April 11th, 1997 in Fort Worth, Tarrant, Texas.1 General Notes
