James Mitchell was born on December 26th, 1925.1 James Mitchell's father was John Mitchell Robins and his mother was Mary Pearline Villines. His maternal grandparents were John Washington Villines and Minnie Clementine Steffey. He was an only child. He died at the age of 76 on January 23rd, 2002 in Williamsburg, Virginia.1 General Notes
