Otha Oneda was born on February 4th, 1899.1 Otha Oneda's father is Samuel Robinett and her mother was Martha Jane Graham. Her maternal grandparents were Jesse Abner,Jr. Graham and Cornelia Griffin. She had three brothers named Samuel Theodore, Theodore and Unknown. She is the second oldest of the four children.
