Canada Ritchie 
Canada was born on October 30th, 1870 in Salyerville, Magoffin, KY.1 Canada's father was Manford Ritchie and his mother was Nancy Caudill. His paternal grandparents were Gabriel Ritchie and Nancy Campbell. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Dillard Dudley, Millard B., Mary Isabelle and Martha Jane. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 66 on March 24th, 1937.1 General Notes
