Francis H. Richey 
Francis H. was born on August 26th, 1817.1 Francis H.'s father is Thomas Richey and his mother is Emma Cecilia Phoebe Bacot. His maternal grandfather was Peter Bacot and his maternal grandmother is Mary Eugenia Cochran. He had a brother named Alban. He died at the age of 73 on February 21st, 1891.1 General Notes
