Ruth Edna was born on June 13th, 1915 in ,Kirkwood, Missouri.1 Ruth Edna's father was William Henry Price and her mother was Minnie May Duke. Her paternal grandparents were George Price and Maria Elizabeth Basham. She had a brother and two sisters, named Richard C., Dorothy Elizabeth and Margaret M.. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 68 on March 23rd, 1984 in ,Long Beach, California.
