Emette Otto was born on June 9th, 1910.1 Emette Otto's father was Emette Harrison Price and his mother was Lillian Stemme. His paternal grandparents were Lafayette T. (Fate) Price and Martha Jane Basham. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Elmer Lee, Ralph Edward, Living, Lucille Lillian and Living. He died at the age of 72 on July 12th, 1982.1 General Notes
