Jane Porter

Jane was born in 1749 in Orange Co., Virginia.¹ Jane's father was Benjamin Porter and her mother is Mary Ann Campbell. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named Ambrose, Nicholas, Charles, Patrick, Benjamin, Joseph, Abner, Thomas, Elizabeth, Anne, Mary, Frances and Betty.
