William Plumer 
William was born on July 15th, 1800 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.1 William's father was Thomas Plumer and his mother was Ann "Nancy" Boyd. His paternal grandfather was William Plumer; his maternal grandparents were John Boyd and Dorcas Spear. He was an only child. He died at the age of 55 on October 24th, 1855 in New Albany, Indiana.1 -
