Ralph Douglas Philo 
Ralph Douglas was born on October 22nd, 1902.1 Ralph Douglas' father was Levi Joseph Philo and his mother was Ariel Luella May. His paternal grandparents were Joseph P. Philo and Arvilla Hall. He had a brother and five sisters, named Charles Wesley, May Beulah, Eva Leona, Myrtle Evadine, Helen Lenore and Ruth Ariel. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
