Fay Phelan

Fay was born in 1915.¹ Fay's father is Henry Clinton Phelan and her mother was Mary Lucinda Kendrick. Her maternal grandfather is Seth William Kendrick and her maternal grandmother was Elizabeth Graham. She has four brothers and two sisters, named Sindey Clinton, Dain Orlando, Paul Patrick, Glenn Kendrick, Irene Elizabeth and Marie. She is the youngest of the seven children.
