Griffin Pendley 
Griffin was born in November 1885.1 Griffin's father was George W Pendley and his mother was Marinda Columbia Doolin. His paternal grandparents were Francis Eslick Pendley and Cassandra B Whitaker; his maternal grandparents were George W Doolin and Elizabeth Wooldridge. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Theodore Ernest, Edison E, Elmer P, Leona B and Myrtle. He was the second youngest of the six children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Dewey Christopher, Dotson, Elizabeth M and Pansy I.1 -
