Thomas Payne

Thomas was born in 1670 in St. Mary's and Caroline Co., Maryland.¹   Thomas' father is Isaac Payne and his mother was Sarah Smith.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Payen and Jane Smallpeice.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 78 on April 19th, 1748.¹ 

They had a son named Isaac, Sr..
