William Moseley

William was born in 1664 in Norfolk, Virginia.¹   William's father was Arthur Moseley and his mother is Sarah Hancock.  His paternal grandparents are William Moseley and Susannah Burnet; his maternal grandfather is Simon Hancock. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Edward, Arthur,Jr., George, Susana and Mary Ann.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 50 on March 30th, 1714 in Princess Anne, Virginia.¹ 

‌William and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony on January 2nd, 1694 in Norfolk, Virginia.¹
