Lucy Ellen was born on August 21st, 1856 in Linn Co., Missouri.1 Lucy Ellen's father is Thomas Morris and her mother was Elizabeth A. Warren. Her maternal grandfather was William Briscoe Warren and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Canida. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named William Thomas, James Madison, John Wesley, Alfred Perry, Susan Jane, Elizabeth Adaline, Martha Ann, Mary Francis, Melvina Anstis, Permelia Melissa and Cordelia Annas. She was the second youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 82 on September 10th, 1938.1 General Notes
