Octavia Mae Monroe 
Octavia Mae was born in August 1892.1 Octavia Mae's father is Charles N. Monroe and her mother was Sarah Jane McNaughton. Her paternal grandparents were Charles M. Monroe and Margaret Saphronia Bethune. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Willard L., Ducan, Mildred S., Lula Alice, Anna Mary, Willa Jane and Gertrude Blondie.
